Scope
This notice covers the NASCIA AI website in its three languages. It is written under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, LGPD).
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and includes no analytics or advertising tracking scripts. It loads no third-party scripts. When you use the language switcher, your preference is stored in your browser so that the entry page can remember it.
Personal data
We use the personal data you choose to send by email, including your name, email address and message, to answer you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell it, share it for marketing or add it to a mailing list. The site uses Firebase Hosting. Google states that this service processes visitors' IP addresses to prevent abuse and analyse service usage, retaining IP data for a few months.
Controller
The controller is NASCIA Inteligência Artificial Ltda., São Paulo, Brazil, trading as NASCIA AI. Contact about anything in this notice is by email, at the address on the contact page.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent where consent was the basis for holding it. Send the request by email; we confirm what we hold and act on it. Where a legal obligation requires us to keep a record, we say so in the reply.
Changes
This notice changes only when the site changes what it does with data. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
