Enterprise finance agents
A monthly income statement's first line, from raw ERP data, validated against six months of history
For a privately held group: an automated DRE first line, accepted in writing by the executive sponsor, and the multi-agent platform built around it.
The problem
The client is a privately held group. Its monthly income statement (DRE) begins with a line that has to come from raw ERP data. The task was to automate that first line directly from the data, and to show that the automated figure could be trusted.
An agent that produces a number is easy to demonstrate. The hard part is everything around it: the data it is allowed to see, the check that tells you when it is wrong, and the person who owns the result. A finance figure nobody has signed off is not a deliverable.
The client is not named and no detail of its sector is published. This is the kind of integration NASCIA builds: ERP, finance and documents, built to be audited.
What was built
We started with the narrowest useful result: the first line of the monthly DRE, generated directly from raw ERP data. We validated it against six months of historical data, and the executive sponsor accepted the result in writing. The platform was built around that validated line.
That platform has a multi-agent architecture, five-level corporate authentication, a dashboard and more than 60 pages of documentation. It was delivered through more than ten versioned releases, not one delivery at the end.
How it works
The diagram shows the architecture in generic terms. The client's systems and the agents' names and number stay confidential.
In generic terms, raw data leaves the ERP and passes through extraction and validation agents. The output is reconciled against reference data, reviewed by a person, and shown on the dashboard. The platform sits behind five-level corporate authentication.
Evidence
The numbers we publish are the ones in the founder's records. The automated first line was validated against six months of historical data (founder's records). The platform has five-level corporate authentication (founder's records), ships with more than 60 pages of documentation (founder's records) and was delivered through more than ten versioned releases (founder's records). The result was accepted in writing by the executive sponsor.
No client name, sector or screenshot is published. We publish no time or cost figure, because we have no verified source for one.
Stack
Verified components only; the client's vendors and the models used are not published. Raw ERP data as the source. A multi-agent architecture. Five-level corporate authentication. A dashboard. Versioned releases with written documentation.
What it demonstrates
Define. The record shows one DRE line, one owner and one measure: the executive sponsor accepted the result in writing, and the automated line was compared with six months of history.
Instrument. Validation against six months of history and the sponsor's written acceptance are on record before the platform is described.
Integrate. The system reads raw ERP data, sits behind five-level corporate authentication and reports through a dashboard.
Hand over. More than 60 pages of documentation and more than ten versioned releases were delivered, with a record of how the platform got there.
